The National Communications Authority in their 4th update to the public today 16th March 2024 after meeting the network providers has announced it will take a minimum of 5 weeks to restore full service to customers.

  Days after the announcement of Otto Addo as the new Blackstars head coach for the next 3 years, Ghana football Association has published the list of the new backroom staff going to help the new coach. Below is the release "Otto Addo names backroom staff  Otto Addo has named Joseph Laumann, John Painstil, and Fatau Dauda as assistant coaches.  Laumann, a UEFA pro-License holder, previously played in Cyprus, Germany, and Vietnam. In coaching, he has had stints with Standard Liege, VfL Bochum, and Barnsley in the English championship.  Also, in the backroom, staff are former Ghana players John Painstil and Fatau Dauda.  John Painstil played for Fulham, West Ham United, and Kaizer Chiefs of South Africa before hanging his boots after featuring in two FIFA World Cup tournaments for Ghana.  The former Berekum Arsenal and Liberty Professionals player is a Ghana legend of 89 caps, a former captain and a member of the squad that won Bronze in the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations.  John was a f

KUAMI EUGENE ESCAPE DEATH AFTER RAMMING HIS CAR INTO A TIPPER TRUCK

Award-winning Ghanaian musician Kuami Eugene sustained injuries on Sunday night after ramming his car into a tipper truck. The accident occurred at CP, close to the DSTV office towards the Dzowulu traffic light in Accra. It is unclear where the artiste was headed. According to the Editor for Modern Ghana news portal, Emmanuel Ajarfor Abugri who witnessed the accident, he was right behind the musician’s car when the accident occurred around 11:30 pm. "I was behind him, and so I was the first person to rush to his rescue. Kwame was struggling to come out so I brought him out of the car and helped the passenger too, before some guys also came around. I arranged for a vehicle to convey them to the UGMC hospital." He explained that the tipper truck was in motion but moving slowly when the musician crashed into it from behind.
